Firebrand London was founded in 2015 to help solve the common problems we experienced from working in large and small organisations. We observed that consultants often cost a lot, promise a lot and deliver relatively little. We wanted to get away from glib slogans and develop productive partnerships with our clients. 

Our strengths are in analysis, consultancy and coaching, which is a powerful combination for change.

Steven is a highly-experienced organisational analyst, change leader and programme manager with twenty-two years of experience in organisational development. 

He’s worked in more than thirty organisations across Europe and the Middle East, in a variety of sectors with two decades in consultancy, as a partner in a firm, an independent and in the OD practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Susan Toft

Susan has over 20 years of experience specialising in improving performance in times of change and mergers. Her extensive background in Human Resources has helped her develop the people skills to enable individuals and organisations to move forward.

Susan is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited and active coach with a masters in organisational behaviour. Within Fireband London, she coaches leaders, teams and individuals to realise their potential and come together for maximum growth and cohesiveness.
